technotrans systems for central ink supply are comprised of components that are perfectly matched to each other – including the right tank systems. Which tank is best suited for the application in each case depends, in particular, on the ink consumption and the on-site spatial conditions.

technotrans offers bulk tanks with capacities up to 30,000 kg, in both rectangular form with slanted discharge and round form. All the requisite connections and controls for filling can be found on the filling station. There are filling level sensors, indicators and other safety elements for preventing overfilling.

The tank system is operated from a central control system with a colour touch-screen. The integration of more of the printing company’s PCs, remote servicing and the integration of the ink supplier in the system are also possible. The tank systems also offer even more equipment options as well, however, including edge filters, emergency draining or a test container connector.
