The application process.

We are open to all forms of application, whether by email or post – applications submitted via our online form will be given preferential treatment. Our online application system also offers you the option of saving your application and completing it later. Multiple applications are also possible, and the system allows for convenient use via smartphone.

As soon as you submit your application via our online application portal, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. We process applications sent by email to jobs@technotrans.de or by post as quickly as possible, so that you will receive confirmation of receipt of your documents within three days. This means you are always up to date – we look forward to receiving your application!

Once we have received your application, it will first be reviewed by our recruiter. If we require any further information or documents, we will contact you immediately by email or phone. As soon as we have all the relevant information, we will forward your application to the relevant department for technical review. If your application documents impress us, we will invite you to an initial interview.

If your application documents convince us, we will invite you to an initial interview about a week after receiving your application, conducting an internal review, and making a decision. Whether this is done virtually via Microsoft Teams or in person on site is something we will decide together and flexibly. It is important to us that you feel comfortable: that is why we deliberately focus on a conversation on equal terms, without stressful interviews. The main thing is to get to know each other and find out whether we are a good fit. We look forward to talking to you!

If the initial meeting is positive for both sides and there is continued interest in working together, we invite a select group of applicants to an introductory day at our premises. You can expect a varied program lasting 3 - 4 hours. In addition to a personal interview with your potential manager and your contact person from the HR department, you will gain a transparent insight into your potential new workplace. We will show you your future tasks, the relevant programs, our production facilities, our company, and, of course, your new team. Our goal is to give you a realistic impression of a “typical” working day at our company. This will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision - and we can also work with you to see if it's a good fit. We look forward to getting to know you better!

In the final step, we select our favorite from all the suitable candidates - and hopefully that will be you! If you decide to join us, we will discuss the terms and conditions of our collaboration together. Once everything has been finalized, nothing will stand in the way of signing your contract and starting your career at technotrans!
