technotrans is exciting – but sometimes also complex. To ensure you get off to a good start, we offer a structured onboarding program. This includes a personalized induction plan and a wide range of training courses and e-learning options. Regular feedback meetings with your manager give you the opportunity to discuss your impressions at your leisure and reflect together on the current status of your induction. This is how we ensure that you settle in well – and that your enthusiasm for technotrans is evident right from the start.

Our learning management system offers a wide range of e-learning courses and classroom training on various topics. Much of the learning content is developed independently by our in-house experts to precisely meet the needs of the various teams. Upon successful completion of a training course, certificates are issued to document the newly acquired skills. Each employee also has a personal training history so that they can track their progress at any time. This allows you to build and expand your knowledge in a flexible and targeted manner – regardless of the position you start in with us!
