If required, a system check is easily done online via the technotrans remote diagnostics system. Following a release by the client, these records can be read on site or via the Internet by means of the remote diagnostics system. The technotrans service department specialists identify all potential sources of errors and then provide recommendations on how to ensure uninterrupted, smooth operation.

Remote diagnostics can be done without interfering with ongoing operations. In case of a fault, the remote diagnostics system allows for a quick and precise analysis of the entire system’s state.

For the fastest possible response, a technotrans specialist can access the system via the Internet and promptly solve the problem in co-operation with the on-site contact person. You are the one who decides when to set up a secure connection to the support team by switching on the router.

Maintenance

Maintenance agreements are tailored individually to the requirements of your devices and your operation. You receive a service that meets your demands with visit dates and a service scope individually arranged with you. Fixed prices give you full control over your costs.

Leakage test

According to EU regulations 842/2006 and 303/2008, you as the operator of refrigeration systems are obliged to leak-test your systems at regular intervals. This test may only be performed by certified personnel.

Rely on certified technotrans service technicians to perform the tests.

At favourable conditions we correctly perform the inspection and documentation for you. In agreement with you, our specialist staff will initiate further measures if necessary or rectify leaks directly on site.

In addition, you will receive the logbook documenting every leak test as well as repairs and maintenance performed on your refrigeration unit.
