Packaging take-back under EU Regulation 2025/40
technotrans accepts returns of transport packaging from its own deliveries in accordance with legal requirements. Returns are not automatically processed for every delivery but are handled upon the customer’s request through the return process provided by technotrans. Customers can request a return via packaging@technotrans.de or by contacting their assigned sales representative. Please specify the type of packaging, quantity, location, and contact person. The specific return or pickup solution will then be coordinated based on the quantity, type of packaging, and location. Transport packaging should be collected by type as much as possible and made ready for transport prior to return. Customized additional services that go beyond the statutory return process can be arranged separately.
