When it comes to ink supply, reliability and performance play a key role. This is precisely where the strengths of the ink pumps specially developed by technotrans for offset printing lie: The hydraulically operated high-pressure piston pumps are not just particularly user- and maintenance-friendly, they also have convincingly long service lives.

For monitoring purposes the ink pumps have an electronic pump monitoring function. This is not needed for simple applications. In this case the TCA pneumatically-controlled series is then used instead of the TBP process-controlled pump series.

In addition, technotrans also has the TBP UV process-controlled solution to offer specifically for the transport of UV coatings. All pumps are equipped with a sampling tap. This enables the ink to be filled into cans on an individual basis or visual checks on the ink quality to be made. The pumps are also available as mobile versions with castors.
