The patented ink.trac system is a solution for the centralised, fully automatic filling of the ink ducts of sheet-fed offset presses. Automation is the solution for preventing fluctuating ink levels in the ink ducts and the need for monitoring the ink level.

The plug & play solution comprises all of the important components of an ink level control system: an intelligent control unit with a display and control panel, a sensor for monitoring the ink level, an ink valve and an ink distributor pipe with special, low-drip ink outlets. The ink.trac increases the productivity and ensures sustainable printing processes. It enables the ink supply from ink drums as well as the automatic filling of ink ducts.

Buying ink in large containers is much more cost-efficient. In addition, the drums can be exchanged rapidly. The installation is also particularly easy: Only the supply lines for power, compressed air and ink must be connected to the ink.trac unit.
