• Modular system architectures, plug-and-play solutions and customized designs
• Thermal management systems designed for extreme environmental conditions in mining and construction machinery applications
• Future-proof: cybersecurity-ready and high-voltage connection up to 850 volts DC
technotrans is presenting thermal management solutions for the market of battery-electric off-highway and mining applications. The company is focusing on three core areas at the exhibition: modular systems for decentralized integration, customized solutions and compact plug-and-play systems available at short notice.
"Manufacturers today face the major challenge of developing high-performance prototypes for their applications within a very short time and subsequently transferring them into series production," says Sascha Koller, Business Development Manager at technotrans SE. "With our engineering expertise, we adapt flexibly to the individual circumstances of our customers."
In addition to the compact plug-and-play battery cooling system zeta.trax, technotrans is presenting modular integration solutions for individual system components. This modular concept enables highly flexible integration of the cooling system and can be optimally adapted to a wide range of applications and available installation spaces.
Tailored implementation of customer-specific requirements
As part of the development and delivery of thermal management systems for off-highway applications, technotrans has already successfully implemented a wide range of projects. This experience spans various fields of application, including dump trucks, excavators and transport vehicles used in underground and surface mining operations.
"From concept development through to series production, we support our customers as a competent partner. At the trade fair, we will demonstrate how we implement tailored technological solutions for the diverse requirements of e-mobility," emphasises Koller.
technotrans will exhibit at iVT Expo in Cologne from June 10 to 11, 2026, in Hall 1, Booth 1250.
