technotrans AG is now an official member of those German companies authorised to use the title "Energy Efficiency Made in Germany"

"We are convinced that everyone should do whatever they can to minimise their energy consumption in order to combat climate change," declared Henry Brickenkamp, Board of Management Spokesman of technotrans AG. "And we are very pleased and proud to have now received official confirmation that our efforts to do precisely that are considered to be exemplary."

There is growing demand worldwide for technologies that save energy and work very energy-efficiently. In order to put customers looking for such solutions and German suppliers in contact with each other more directly, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology has launched the "Energy Efficiency" export campaign. Companies that would like to be affiliated to the campaign must have their technologies assessed and approved by a group of experts. Karsten Revers, technotrans AG employee with responsibility for products bearing the "eco" label, added: "We believe there is still a considerable backlog of demand internationally for technology that promotes energy efficiency in every sense. That, coupled with the familiar slogan "Made in Germany", will help to give us better access to markets."
