technotrans establishes local subsidiary in India

In order to better serve the constantly growing customer base in India the technotrans-Group has expanded its presence there and established a subsidiary in Chennai, technotrans India private limited.


The sales and service team is headed by Matthew S T Sunil, who was technotrans sales manager in Singapore for many years and will tend to the needs of the customers in this important growth market.

“Our expanding installed base in the Indian printing industry gave us enough reasons to take this path. The Indian newspaper industry increasingly demands cutting-edge technology for which technotrans has become a benchmark also in this market,” says Matthew Sunil. “We are going to strengthen our excellent contacts with the press manufacturers, while also helping print shops in India to best capitalize on their opportunities to produce economically as well as ecologically.”
