Energy-efficient, reliable, modular: at EuroBLECH from 20 to 23 October, technotrans will present its comprehensive portfolio of spray lubrication systems for stamping and forming technology. The focus is on optimised nozzle monitoring, which automatically detects blocked and partially blocked valves. It provides customers with effective monitoring of the spraying process and a high level of process reliability. technotrans is also focusing at the trade fair on modular spray lubrication systems such as spray.xact b/c and spray.xact reflection, which offer customers maximum resource efficiency and flexibility.

Compressed-air-free spray lubrication with a high degree of automation

According to Kosciesza, the replacement of old lubrication systems with particularly energy- and media-efficient solutions such as the spray.xact range is in especially high demand. The systems, which have proven themselves on the market, ensure precise lubrication with minimal quantities and thus meet the growing requirements for resource-efficient processes. The spray.xact c, with its double-walled housing design, is designed for demanding applications with spray widths of up to 2,000 millimetres, for example. Thanks to automatic adjustment of the telescopic spray bars, it enables users to work with different spray widths. This minimises overspray during the production process. The technotrans solutions produce a precise oil application without compressed air, significantly reducing the effort required for cleaning.

It detects blocked or partially blocked valves with a high degree of process accuracy. “The new inspection system automatically monitors the spraying process and detects even the smallest deviations in the volumetric flow rate.
