Compact and efficient: technotrans launches its new oil temperature control unit teco ct 130 base 60

Important portfolio extension in the field of oil-based temperature control units: With the teco ct 130 base 60, technotrans now offers its customers a new compact solution with high power density for a temperature range of up to 130°C. The product combines proven components and control concepts with outstanding user-friendliness. Users in the plastics processing industry as well as in the rubber and high pressure die casting industry benefit from the energy efficiency and flexible use options of this space-saving solution.


"By adding the teco ct 130 base 60 to the product series, we offer an extensive portfolio of oil temperature control units with a temperature range between 130°C and 350°C as well as a heating capacity between 4 kW and 54 kW," says Ralf Radke, head of the temperature control sector of technotrans solutions. In addition, the specialist for thermal management solutions offers customised oil-based solutions for temperatures up to 400°C and a heating capacity up to 750 kW.


The base.line variant of the teco ct 130 is suitable for a temperature range up to 130°C with a recirculation rate of up to 60 l/min. The unit has a heating capacity of 6 kW. Thanks to the integrated "longlife" stainless steel heating cartridge, the heat is transferred in a loss-free manner. Moreover, multi-voltage variants from 400 V to 460 V as well as dual-frequency versions for use in 50 Hz and 60 Hz networks are also available. A large heat exchanger surface provides a cooling capacity of up to 30 kW.


With the teco ct 130 base 60, technotrans customers benefit from the proven user-friendliness and ease of maintenance of the teco c series of temperature control units: The solution has a basicControl microcontroller and a membrane keypad with a seven-segment display. The hinged control cabinet front provides optimum access to the electrical components. Moreover, the interface port on the front of the unit is adaptable, e.g. by integrating analogue, serial or Ethernet-based interfaces.
