technotrans appoints Robin Schaede as new CFO to the Board of Management

The Supervisory Board of technotrans SE has announced the appointment of Robin Schaede as the new Chief Financial Officer. Schaede will take up his post on December 1, 2022 at the latest. As a result, the Board of Management of the Group will again consist of three members in future: Michael Finger (CEO, Spokesman of the Board of Management), Peter Hirsch (CTO/COO) and Robin Schaede (CFO).

The 46-year-old was most recently Managing Director and CFO of Medperion GmbH, where he was responsible for the strategic, structural and organisational management and development of the Group. Prior to that, Schaede, who holds a Master of Science in International Business Studies, held various management positions in the international arena.

Schaede succeeds Dirk Engel, who left the company at the end of July 2021, and completes the three-member Board of Management team after a period of vacancy. Together with Michael Finger (CEO, Spokesman of the Board of Management) and Peter Hirsch (CTO/COO), he will continue to drive forward the transformation of technotrans that has been initiated in accordance with the Future Ready 2025 strategy.
