Our introduction and integration management.

As a new employee at technotrans, you will enter a sophisticated programme. The programme includes individual introduction plans and a wide range of seminars and training courses. This will allow you to get off to the best possible start and ignite your enthusiasm for technotrans!

We encourage communication in order to learn more about the skills of our employees and to better promote their development. Twice a year, managers and their staff discuss their mutual expectations in an employee interview. These meetings also entail discussing and initiating development opportunities – such as training courses.
