alcosmart AZRThe alcosmart AZR is a new measuring system, independent from disturbing influences, offering the accuracy, functionality and operational reliability required by the printer - at a justifiable price.

The IR measurement takes place in the gas phase without direct contact with the dampening solution and in a particularly selective way in the extended measuring range of 0-15% by volume. This is why dampening solution additives that might cause a transverse sensitivity are not taken into consideration by the alcosmart AZR.

The "AutoZeroCalibration" control software calibrates the zero point automatically and then switches over to normal operation mode. This ensures long-term trouble-free operation with precise measurement results.
