modec.eps
The modec.eps is the core product of the technotrans CD/DVD units. It represents almost 20 years of experience in the production of galvano-technical precision units for vinyl records and optical storage media. Automated process technology in a closed system ensures easy operation, high availability and consistent production quality.

In co-operation with our customers, many of them global players in the music and film industry, we are constantly adapting the systems to the new and to future requirements. This way we are already prepared for future formats such as high-density DVD and Blue-ray.

The system is normally equipped with three production cells, but is also available with two cells as an eco version or with only one cell as the so-called modec.epm.

modec.spb
The process centrifuge system modec.spb represents the latest development in the treatment of stamper surfaces.

It was developed to remove Photo-Resist from the surface of the stamper in a fully automatic process.

This unique technotrans stripping process is based on a highly efficient ozone procedure and achieves maximum cleaning quality, as the process is fully automatic.

Integrated into the well-known modec.line concept this unit meets highest requirements even for future production methods of optical storage media.

The system is also available as a manual version modec.ts, or as modec.pcm without an additional passivation and rinsing system - the solution for efficient manual production.

modec.bench
The modec.bench unit is the basis for the final checking and protection of your optical disc stamper. A highly efficient spin coater for water-based lacquer with automatic or manual (eco version) dispensing and an integrated drying oven guarantee reliable protection of your mould inserts at all times.

Moreover the modec.bench provides space for all required laboratory and test equipment in several drawers and a shelf. Order and cleanliness are the basis for efficiency.

The modec.bench is also available as a modec.com, a unit solely intended for lacquer dispensing without a laboratory workspace.
