To ensure an efficient operation of ecoclean.line an to capitalise on all possible savings, the used washing agent must be test regularly in a screening test and always tested prior to using a new washing agent batch.
The filtrate of the operated system must also be tested at regular intervals. This helps exclude admixtures of foreign substances (solvents, cleaning agents, etc.) that would disturb the recycling process.

1. Fill 500 ml water (water quality: 8-12° German Harness, drinking water quality without any contamination) and 500 ml of the washing agent to be tested into a suitable clear glass container. Close the container.
2.Shake the container firmly until the liquids have mixed completely, but for 60 sconds minimum.
3. Put the container down and start the evaluation after a 4-hour waiting period.

After expiry of the 4-hour waiting period, 2 distinct phases must have formed again.
If one of the results below is found, the washing agent must not be used in the ecoclean system. In this case please get in touch with your washing agent supplier and catch up on amended composition if necessary.
The test described below must be carried out for testing if the ink is suitable for use in the ecoclean system (prior to using a new ink batch).
