Cooling can only optimise the ink unit temperature during production. In combination with heating, a stable temperature can also be achieved when the press is not operating.

Starting the press at the correct temperature enables stable production conditions and reduces waste copies.

The heat generated as a result of press speed, ink distribution and rollersettings is compensated by the alpha.t to ensure a constant operating temperature.

With the alpha.k a unit is available especially suited for applications not requiring a heating function, e.g. for cooling the rollers of narrow-web rotary presses.
