December 17, 2009Ad hoc: Board of Management completes generation shift

With effect from January 1, 2010 Norman Sack (35) will join the three-member Board of Management of technotrans AG as "Technical Director".

Mr Sack was latterly in charge of the worldwide quality organisation and international improvement programme at Hella KGaA & Co. (Lippstadt). Prior to that, he was manager of two Hella production plants in Slovakia. He is a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a state-examined business economist.

Meanwhile John Stacey (55) has requested to stand down from the Board of Management of technotrans AG with effect from the same date. Mr Stacey has played an instrumental part in steering the group in various management functions since 1990, latterly focusing in particular on the international subsidiaries. The Supervisory Board would like to thank him for his many years of dedicated service and welcomes his decision to remain actively involved in shaping the group's future as "Director of International Operations".
