The focus of the Finance & Administration team at technotrans is on accounting and controlling, IT and legal support, but also on our most vital asset: our employees. From the recruitment of ambitious, capable specialists as part of our employer branding and human resources strategy, through creating ideal working premises and conditions for our employees, right up to nurturing the skills and talents of our people, for example through advancement and training, the Finance & Administration team seeks to bring out the best in employees.
Our Human Resources area acts as a shared service centre for the entire technotrans Group. On the one hand that makes it easier for us to look for capable people worldwide, and on the other hand it guarantees our (potential new) employees a fixed point of contact and a straightforward handling process for applications or other human resources matters. In addition, our personnel management is constantly working on improving the general and working conditions for our employees, which it organises in close consultation with the Works Council. When it comes to remuneration, too, we are able to offer a modern remuneration and profit-sharing system where hard work and exceptional results bring financial rewards.
Employer brand and talent promotion
It is hugely important for us to awaken interest in our company among talented and ambitious specialists, recruit them and hold onto their services for at technotrans in the long term. For that reason we are constantly striving to improve our employer branding – and of course to honour that promise. The same applies to talent development, which we conduct through our personnel development system technotrain. This brackets together a large number of programmes, measures and training courses that provide our employees with opportunities for personal development and the chance to broaden their specialist knowledge and skills.
The specialisms that we are looking for in the Finance & Administration team are diverse: managers in various areas such as office management, human resources or IT, business administrators, accountants, IT specialists or assistant tax consultants, to name but a small selection.
