    2006-06-27: Ad-Hoc: technotrans enlarges management team

    By resolution of the Supervisory Board, Henry Brickenkamp (38) is to become a deputy member of the Board of Management from July 1, 2006. In this capacity, he will hold worldwide responsibility within the technotrans Group for the areas Sales and Services, as well as Product and Quality Management, which have until now been part of the responsibilities of the Chairman of the Board of Management, Heinz Harling.

    Henry Brickenkamp was latterly Head of Sales at technotrans AG and will continue to perform that function. Before joining technotrans in 2005, he held senior positions at the companies Harting Automotive, Espelkamp, and Hella, Lippstadt.

    "We are delighted to have found another expert, dedicated colleague for our Management Board team in Henry Brickenkamp. Since joining the company, he has been able to exploit the experience acquired in the automotive industry in building on technotrans' strategic positioning as a systems supplier in the printing industry. We are convinced that in actively tackling this process, we are performing vital groundwork for the continuing future success of technotrans and moreover clearly espousing the interests of our customers," remarked Heinz Harling approvingly in response to the Supervisory Board's decision.

    The technotrans Board of Management continues to comprise Heinz Harling (Chairman), Burkard Rausch (Finance) and John Stacey (International Subsidiaries).
