Complete range of spray dampening systems from technotrans / new compact bar smaller, lighter and more versatile

technotrans is exhibiting its complete product range of spray dampening systems, which go by the name of microspray, at this year's DRUPA. They have been systematically optimised based on years of experience, and offer a variety of innovative high-tech details. The special reed valve technology combined with the stainless steel flat spray nozzle allows a particularly homogenous and finely adjustable distribution of the dampening solution and thus an optimum ink-water-balance - especially compared to other systems. The result is a precisely defined width distribution with low tolerances.

Extra-sturdy, user-friendly design
The design of the spray dampening unit and the individual control of the reed valves meet the requirements printing variable widths of paper webs in rotary printing. The stainless steel flat spray nozzles make all the spray dampening systems under the designation of microspray.line system highly stable with regard to pressure fluctuations, contamination and temperature changes. The sturdy stainless steel structure of the microspray.line is corrosion-resistant and the modular principle of the spray bar makes it easy and convenient to operate, as well as minimising monitoring and maintenance work.

Light and compact: debut for the new spray dampening system at the DRUPA
The new compact bar from technotrans represents the same high technological standard as the conventional spray dampening systems in the mircrospray.line. The technical components (valve, nozzle electronic system) are identical to the standard version and the new compact structure is naturally likewise made from stainless steel, in order to withstand the rigours of long-term everyday printing use. The new version, which is being displayed at the DRUPA for the first time, is moreover notable for its ultra-light, compact design and is therefore also particularly suitable for certain special applications where there is only a restricted amount of installation space available. microspray.compact in addition offers the customer the advantage of versatility, as for instance subsequent adaptation to changes in paper web widths is possible at particularly low cost.
