technotrans’ management team shifts responsibilities

By resolution of the Supervisory Board, Henry Brickenkamp (39) is to become a full member of the Board of Management from April 1, 2007. In this capacity, he will hold worldwide responsibility within the technotrans Group for the areas Sales and Services, Product and Quality Management as well as Development and Design. The latter have until now been part of the responsibilities of the Chairman of the Board of Management, Heinz Harling, who will focus even stronger on the future development of the company and pursue strategic aspects. In the course of the new distribution of duties Dirk Engel, CFO of technotrans AG, will in addition be responsible for Materials Management, Production and Investor Relations.

Before Henry Brickenkamp joined technotrans as Head of Sales in 2005, he held senior positions at the companies Harting Automotive, Espelkamp, and Hella, Lippstadt.

The technotrans Board of Management continues to comprise Heinz Harling (Chairman), Henry Brickenkamp, Dirk Engel (Finance) and John Stacey (International Subsidiaries).
