The administration of technotrans AG has taken the decision to reduce the size of the Board of Management to three members with effect from June 30, 2005. In this connection the Supervisory Board is responding to the request of Ralph Teunissen to release him from his duties on the Board of Management with effect from that date, enabling him to take up a new post outside the printing industry. This arrangement has been reached amicably and by mutual agreement. His task area will in future be covered by the Chairman of the Board of Management, Heinz Harling, and his colleague John Stacey.
