2005-01-25: New Finance Director at technotrans
The Supervisory Board is to appoint Burkard Rausch (48), who currently holds an identical post at Stromag AG, Unna, as the new Finance Director of technotrans AG with effect from April 1, 2005.

"2004 is likely to be technotrans' best year for business since its IPO in 1998," remarked Heinz Harling, Chairman of the Board of Management of technotrans AG, in connection with the forthcoming change on the Board of Management. "With this sound basis, we are convinced that Herr Rausch will be able to use his extensive professional expertise and wealth of practical experience in national and international business very successfully at our company, and contribute towards the further expansion of the group."

Wolfgang Breme (44) will be leaving technotrans AG with effect from March 9, 2005 when his contract as Finance Director expires, and will be appointed by the Supervisory Board of Aixtron AG to take up an identical post with effect from April 1, 2005. This change is taking place with the full mutual agreement of all parties concerned.
